District Re-organization Planning Meeting

The Parshall Rural Ambulance District Board of Directors will hold a special meeting as
noted above to discuss the re-organization of the district’s director regions. Currently, the
board of director regions are as follows, 1 director each for City of Parshall, Parshall
Township, Model Township, Banner Township, Fertile Township, Liberty Township,
Shell/Wayzetta (shared director) Township, Cremerville Township, Loquemont Township.
The re-organization of the district’s director regions is due to the annexation of the Plaza
Ambulance response area and to remain compliant with N.D.C.C. N.D.C.C. 11-28.3-06 states
that the district is allowed to have no less than 5 and no more than 10 directors as followed
“A district may specify in its bylaws a specified number of directors within the limitations in
this section, provided each township or group of townships receives equal representation on
the board with respect to the regions. The bylaws also may allow for a combination of
regional directors and at-large directors”.

be submitted to clf@restel.net or ken.rensch@ambulanceresources.com or verbal questions,
comments, and concerns may be voiced to any current board member or during the special
meeting.
