PRIMARY RESIDENCE CREDIT - Apply by March 31

The application window for the 2025 $500 property tax credit is now open! There is no age or income restriction to receive the credit. Applicants must own a home in ND and reside in it as their primary residence.

Applications must be submitted annually online by March 31 to be approved and applied to the 2025 property tax statement. Applying is simple with just a few short steps!
